A case of villous adenoma of the urinary bladder with tubulovillous architecture: characterization by immunohistochemical analysis.

Villous adenomas of the urinary tract are rare as compared to urothelial carcinoma. We report a case of urinary bladder villous adenoma in a 90-year-old woman. Cystoscopic examination revealed a papillary tumour in the diverticulum at the posterior wall of the urinary bladder.
