EFFECTS OF LEVOSIMENDAN ON DIAPHRAGMATIC DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH SEPSIS.

Objective: In this study, our aim was to examine the effects of levosimendan on diaphragmatic dysfunction in patients with sepsis, as well as assess its impact on respiratory muscle contractility and the outcome of weaning.
