Hernia Basecamp-A Free to Use, Online Hernia Learning Platform. Analysis of Its Use Since Launch in June 2021.

Hernia Basecamp is an online learning platform hosted within the WebSurg website. One of the drivers of its development was to cover the syllabus of the UEMS AWS examination, but it is a learning resource in its own right. There are currently 205 video lectures, with a number of them selected to create 10 modules of 3 h each with UEMS CME accreditation.

Preserving Fertility by Treating the 3 Compartments: Laparoscopic Approach to Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis.

Study Objective: To describe a laparoscopic technique for the resection of deep endometriosis, treating the 3 compartments.

Design: Educational video.

Setting: Tertiary referral center in Strasbourg, France PATIENT: A 37-year-old primiparous woman.

Thoracoscopic resection of neurogenic tumors in children.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of thoracoscopy in neurogenic tumors in infants and children.

Materials And Methods: From January 2000 to October 2005, 21 patients aged 7 months to 14 years (mean, 6 years) underwent thoracoscopy for tumor resection in 5 French institutions. One 10-mm optical port and 2 operative 5-mm ports were needed.
