Streptavidin-fluorescent proteins (SA-FPs) are a versatile tool to visualize a broad range of biochemical applications on a fluorescence microscope. Although the avidin-biotin interaction is widely used, the use of SA-FPs has not been applied to single-molecule DNA visualization.
