Outcomes of Home Isolation Care Among COVID-19 Patients During the 2021 Epidemic Crisis in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Thailand.

To determine the overall mortality and risk factors of COVID-19 patients who were admitted to the Home Isolation (HI) program in Bangkok, Thailand, during the epidemic crisis in 2021. We conducted a retrospective cohort study using the data from a government telehealth application from July to December 2021. The vital status was verified from the government database on September 20, 2022.

Prognostic nomogram for uncontrolled type 2 diabetes using Thailand nation-wide cross-sectional studies.

Background: Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and limited hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels examination are a burden in community hospitals in Thailand. The nomogram from the patients' information might be a practical solution to identify a high-risk group of diabetic complications. Thus, this study aimed to establish an effective prognostic nomogram for patients with uncontrolled T2DM.

Objectives: Warfarin, like many other anticoagulants, has been linked to an elevated risk of bleeding proportional to the amount of anticoagulation used. Not only was the incidence of bleeding raised by the dosage, but the subtherapeutic international normalized ratio (INR) was also associated with increased thrombotic events. This retrospective cohort and multi-center study evaluated the incidence and risk factors of warfarin therapy complications in community hospitals in Thailand's central and eastern regions from 2016 to 2021.

Prevalence and associated factors of uncontrolled hyperlipidemia among Thai patients with diabetes and clinical atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases: a cross-sectional study.

Objectives: The research aimed to determine the prevalence and associated factors of uncontrolled hyperlipidemia among Thai patients with the disease and Clinical ASCVD.

Results: A total of 1,527 Thai diabetic patients with a history of ASCVD were included in the study. Uncontrolled hyperlipidemia was detected among 1,216 patients (79.
