Purpose: Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is commonly used to irrigate primary teeth during pulpectomy. Most of these ideals are met by chemomechanical caries removal (CMCR) methods, which are easy and comfortable to use, differentiate and eliminate infected tissues, minimize pressure, vibration and heat, and are cost-effective.
