Introduction: To describe the efficacy of tocilizumab in patients with Graves' orbitopathy resistant or dependent to steroids and compare to rituximab treated patients.
Patients And Methods: Graves's orbitopathy response was considered as decrease of at least 2 points of the CAS.
Results: Twenty-one patients were included, 7 patients were treated with tocilizumab and 14 with rituximab.
Objective: To illustrate the originality and diversity of an ophthalmologic pathology associated with a thyroid disease (OATD), we report 42 cases of patients hospitalised or having consulted an ophthalmologic department for this disease over a period of 4 years.
Method: Each patient was assessed by an endocrinologist and an ophthalmologist. Data included the OATD severity score, date of occurrence compared with the thyroid disease and determination of thyroid function and immune abnormalities.
Purpose: Late bleb leaks may follow months to years after filtering surgery especially with the use of antimetabolites. Complications related to beb leaks may lead to a decrease in visual acuity through complicated hypotony or ocular infection. Our retrospective study reports the anatomical and functional results of bleb reconstruction involving the resection of the bleb associated with the covering of the trabeculectomy site with a rotational conjunctival flap.

The aim of this study was to compare the two compounds in patients with common ocular allergic disorders.
Methods: 73 patients participated in a double masked, randomised multicentre study.
Injury to the eyelids, lacrimal tract and orbital walls need a surgical management when any lesion of the globe has been already eliminated or repaired. Surgery can be delayed safely for 24 to 48 hours in palpebral or lacrimal injuries. Except for the trapp-door fractures in children who need an immediate repair, patients with orbital fractures are brought to surgery within the first or second week.

Even though benign, it is locally invasive and very often recurrent but never induces metastasis; the evolutionary argument is the only one which enables us to differentiate JAF from fibrosarcoma. The selected treatment is extensive surgical excision including healthy tissue with histological control.
