Objective: This systematic review aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of regorafenib and nivolumab, two FDA-approved second-line treatments for unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC).
Methods: Literature comparing the efficacy and safety of regorafenib and nivolumab in unresectable HCC patients was systematically searched across seven databases, including: PubMed, SCOPUS, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, EMBASE, and ProQuest, using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. The search was done on April 2nd, 2023.
Coronary artery disease (CAD) remains a significant global health concern with considerable high morbidity and mortality and its development is influenced by various genetic and environmental factors. Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) is a vital regulator of low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) metabolism, directly impacting serum cholesterol levels. However, its role in development of CAD is not fully understood.

Yet the mechanism of action has been questionably associated with UC-MSCs fibrosis regression properties. Methods Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats (n=18) were separated into three groups (control, untreated liver fibrosis, and UC-MSCs treated group).

Aim: The study aims to demonstrate the immunomodulation activities of Umbilical cord-derived Mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) affecting interleukin-10 (IL-10) and hyaluronic acid (HA) secretion post intraperitoneal injection of CCl, potent hepatotoxin, induced liver fibrosis among experimental rats.
Methods: There were 18 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats divided into three treatment groups (G1 sham group, G2 untreated liver fibrosis group, and G3 UC-MSCs treated-group) and isolated in Stem Cell and Cancer Research Facility, Semarang, Indonesia.
Background: Liver cirrhosis and the child-Turcotte-Pugh (CTP) score are inseparable entities in liver disease. CTP score is largely known as the mortality and prognosis predictor. Nevertheless, ferritin emerges as a simple biomarker related to prognosis.

Background: and genes are associated with higher virulence. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) is one important marker for neo-angiogenesis.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between VEGF serum levels with and genes in infection.
