A 60-year-old man was referred to our hospital presenting with unconsciousness due to severe hyponatremia. The twelve‑lead ECG on admission exhibited prominent J waves in the inferolateral leads. During the treatment for hyponatremia, ventricular fibrillation (VF) occurred and the electrogram (ECG) after the VF incident exhibited marked ST elevation in the inferolateral leads.

Case Presentation: A 68-year-old man was carried to our hospital with severe burns covering 35% of his body surface area.
A 49-year-old man, who had not been vaccinated against COVID-19 visited the hospital for fever and cough, and a PCR test for COVID-19 was positive on the Day X. Initially, there was no decrease in oxygen saturation and the patient was under observation as a mild case without medication. Five days after the onset (Day X + 5), chest pain appeared.

We herein present the case of a 57-year-old woman with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with the tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) gefitinib who developed NS. A renal biopsy revealed minor glomerular abnormalities, and the patient's symptoms improved exclusively with the discontinuation of gefitinib.
