The aim of this study was to assess the effect of right ventricular diastolic dysfunction on the results of 5-year follow-up of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Patients were enrolled in this prospective observational study examined before planned CABG from 2017 to 2018. In addition to the baseline preoperative indicators and perioperative data, the initial parameters of the left and right ventricle (RV) systolic and diastolic function were assessed.
