Soft-tissue sarcomas (STSs) are a heterogeneous group of rare malignancies. Treatment for advanced STS usually starts with anthracycline-based therapies, with no clear sequence for further treatment. A preferred option is trabectedin, especially for liposarcoma and leiomyosarcoma (L-sarcoma).
