Primary epithelioid sarcoma is an extremely rare malignancy of the scalp. To date, less than a dozen such cases have been reported in the literature. The diagnosis often is a challenge to both radiologists and clinicians.

Breast Imaging in the Time of COVID-19: A Singapore-based Breast Center's Experience in the Midst of a Pandemic.

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic presented new and yet uncharted challenges to the field of radiology, and consequently to breast imaging as a subspecialty. Maintaining a certain standard of care whilst ensuring the safety of patients and staff in our small Singapore-based breast imaging center are equally important and has resulted in modifications of our clinical practice and workflows. Screening patients for COVID-19 symptoms, risk factors, and potential exposure history has become paramount.

Sonographically guided therapeutic injections in the meniscoid lesion in patients with anteromedial ankle impingement syndrome.

Unlabelled: We describe a sonographically guided technique to perform therapeutic injections for anteromedial ankle impingement syndrome. Scans are carried out using a high-frequency small footprint linear array transducer, positioned along the anteromedial aspect of the tibiotalar joint. A 25 gauge needle is advanced under direct sonographic guidance into the "meniscoid lesion" (area of scarring), and a standardized therapeutic mixture is injected extra-articularly.

Pulmonary hypertension detection using dynamic and static measurable parameters on CT angiography.

Objective: The aim was to assess dynamic and static parameters on routine computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) that may detect pulmonary hypertension (PH).

Methods: Fifty patients underwent CTPA and echocardiograms. Twenty-six patients had PH, and 24 patients did not have PH.
