The research relevance is determined by the need for rational use of limited resources in the healthcare sector and the importance of implementing the results of scientific research into medical practice to improve the quality of medical care. The study aims to identify key criteria and develop a system for evaluating clinical trials to prioritise the most promising areas based on their practical applicability in healthcare. The expert evaluation method of 17 research projects in the field of clinical medicine funded by government grants, involving 37 experts, was used to achieve the objective.

An ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy of the 1.7-cm TN was nondiagnostic and core biopsy was suspicious for papillary thyroid carcinoma.

Remarkable progress has been made in understanding the underlying disease mechanisms, personalizing care based on each tumor's individual molecular characteristics, and even therapeutically exploiting the inherent vulnerabilities of these neoplasms.

Design: Systematic review and meta-analysis.
Methods: On February 2019, Pubmed/MEDLINE, EMBASE, WoS, and the Cochrane Library were searched for articles published from January 1, 2007.
Emulsion fat products due to the presence of the aqueous phase are more prone to oxidative damage than pure oils and fats, which requires the use of antioxidants. Based on a social request for the use of natural antioxidants in the food industry, tocopherols, their mixtures, as well as ascorbic acid are widespread. However, most natural antioxidants (vitamins, plant extracts) have lower antioxidant activity in fats than synthetic ones and require more incorporation into the product, which can negatively affect its organoleptic properties and the cost of the finished emulsion fat product.

We evaluated differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways across the histological/clinical spectrum of -mutant nodules to determine key molecular determinants associated with a high risk of malignancy. Sixty-one thyroid nodules with mutations were identified.

We give the criterion of existence of power-law long-range dependence in time by using the analogy with the concept of the long-range alpha-interaction. We also suggest the criterion of existence of PLT memory for frequency domain by using the concept of non-integer dimensions.

It has been suggested that aspirates exhibiting nuclear atypia have a higher risk of malignancy. This study aimed to assess whether cytologically indeterminate thyroid nodules with nuclear atypia have a significantly higher cancer risk than those without nuclear atypia.

Each year, the proportion of thyroid cancer patients presenting with low risk disease is increasing. Moreover, the definition of low risk thyroid cancer is expanding and several histological subtypes beyond papillary microcarcinomas are now classified as low risk disease. This shift in the landscape of thyroid cancer presentation is forcing clinicians to critically re-evaluate whether or not traditional management paradigms that were effective in treating intermediate and high risk disease are applicable to these low risk patients.

The last 10 years have seen a renewed interest in a risk-adapted approach to the management of differentiated thyroid cancer. This review outlines a state-of-the-art approach to individualized management in which the original follow-up plan that was developed based on initial risk stratification is modified over time as new data become available. This risk-adapted follow-up approach allows clinicians to determine the intensity of follow-up and management recommendations in response to real-time dynamic risk assessments which may change over time.

One week after the treatment, she presented with severe pain in the anterior neck with radiation to the angle of the jaw associated with fatigue, tremor and odynophagia. Physical examination demonstrated an asymmetric and exquisitely tender thyroid gland.

TIO is usually caused by small, benign, difficult-to-localize, mesenchymal tumors. Although surgery with wide excision of tumor borders is considered the "gold standard" for definitive therapy, it can be associated with considerable morbidity depending on the location.

Aim: The aim of the study is to compare clinical, angiographic, electrocardiographic, echocardiographic data between indigenous and non-indigenous residents of Yakutia.
Study Design: We performed cross-sectional analysis of the Registry of Selective Coronary Angiography (SCAG) of the Yakutsk Republican Hospital for the period from 2004 to 2007. All patients (n = 1,233) were admitted to hospital from all 35 regions of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
In 72 patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) the psychological condition and electric activity of brain, serotonin level in plasma, short chain fatty acids (SFA) levels in stool were studied. In patients with IBS in aggravation of disease violations of central nerve system was observed. The increasing of reactive and personal anxious, violations in electroencephalograms and increasing serotonin level with modification of SFA levels were observed.

The method of serial dilutions on the Hottinger agar was applied to comparative assay of antibiotic sensitivity in 50 strains of the plague microbe isolated abroad and in 5 strains isolated in the plague focus in the Central Caucasus. The antibiotics used in the assay were the following: streptomycin, gentamicin, doxycycline, monomycin, kanamycin, tetracycline, erythromycin, ristomycin, lincomycin and polymyxin M. Irrespective of the origin, all the isolates were resistant to erythromycin, lincomycin and polymyxin M.

Alkylidene hydrazones of the formamidine derivatives were also studied: 13:cyclohexylidene hydrazone of 3'-desamino-3'-dimethylformamidine rubomycin and 13-(5"-oxypentyliden-2") hudrazone of 3'-desamino-3'-dimethylformamidine rubomycin. The latter two alkylidene hydrazones were modified twice.

Rubomycin 13-cyclohexylidene hydrazone (RCH) was synthesized by interaction of rubomycin 13-hydrazone with cyclohexane. Antitumor activity of RCH was studied in comparison to that of the initial rubomycin on mice with ascitic lymphadenosis NK/Ly, Ehrlich carcinoma, hemocytoblastosis La, leukemia P-388, solid lymphosarcoma LIO-1 and sarcoma 180. It was shown that RCH was actually equal to rubomycin by its selective activity against lymphadenosis NK/Ly and sarcoma 180 on its 4- and 2-fold intravenous administration, respectively.

Antitumor activity of doxorubicin, an antibiotic prepared in the USSR was studied with respect to 4 solid tumors of mice: lymphosarcoma LIO-1, sarcoma 180, pregastric cancer OZh5 and melanoma B-16. Doxorubicin showed high antitumor activity against lymphosarcoma and sarcoma 180. However, it was somewhat lower than that of rubomycin and carminomycin.
