Prosthodontic management of an irradiated maxillectomy patient with severe trismus using implant-supported prostheses: a clinical report.

Trismus and limited oral access present a clinical challenge to prosthodontic management. An edentulous patient who developed microstomia after a maxillary tumor resection and radiation therapy is presented. The clinical procedure and the rationale for the treatment approach are discussed.
