Quantitative measurement usually relies heavily on manual or semi-automatic delineation and intuitive localization, which is time-consuming and observer-dependent. Current automatic quantification methods focus mainly on the segmentation, but the spatial distribution of lesions plays a vital role in clinical diagnosis.
