Paraganglioma in urinary bladder associated with pregnancy is extremely rare with a prevalence of less than 1%. We report a case of 25-year-old pregnant female who presented with gross haematuria and clot retention during first trimester. MRI pelvis showed a mass antero- inferior to bladder.
