Background: Pregnancy associated breast cancer (PABC) is a rare entity and defined as breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy or one-year post-partum. There is sparse data especially from low and middle-income countries (LMIC) and merits exploration.
Methods: The study (2013-2020) evaluated demographics, treatment patterns and outcomes of PABC.
Although vascular malformations of the tongue comprise a significant portion of head and neck angiodysplastic lesions, hemangioma of base of tongue is rare. We report a case of hemangioma of base of tongue extending to the supraglottis, which necessitated an extended supraglottic laryngectomy. Patient had an uneventful recovery and at three year, follow-up has a normal speech and no difficulty in swallowing or aspiration.

Fine-needle aspiration cytology was reported as indicative of a soft-tissue neoplasm. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging were unable to rule out a neoplastic mass.
