Post-traumatic headache is a secondary headache disorder beginning within 7 days of head injury. We conducted a systematic review of the evidence for treatment of post-traumatic headache in children. Of 2169 unique articles screened, 12 were included.

Case Presentation: A 52-year-old woman presented with a history of epilepsy on anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs) developed repeated episodes consisting of seizures and neuropsychiatric symptoms with no predisposing factors for epilepsy at age 52.
Background: Air embolism is an extremely rare complication that can follow gastrointestinal endoscopy. The most accepted treatment of cerebral air embolism (CAE) is hyperbaric oxygen (HBO). Limited evidence suggests that lidocaine may have a neuroprotective effect.

Here we demonstrate that they are likely to have evolved once, were lost three times, and then secondarily gained in one lineage. The developmental basis of these appendages was investigated by counting the number of histoblast cells in each abdominal segment in four species: two that represented the initial instance of appendage evolution, one that has secondarily gained appendages, and one species that did not have appendages.
