Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease, that always seriously decreases the patient's quality of life. To date, the drugs used to treat psoriasis have severe side effects and poor efficacy, making the development of new drugs urgent. Scopoletin (SCP), a coumarin component extracted from plants such as Artemisia indica and Arabidopsis thaliana, was reported to have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.

Methods: A total of 278 neonatologists in outpatient settings from 144 hospitals were surveyed. To explore the awareness level, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal lactose intolerance among neonatologists in outpatient settings, a multicenter cross-sectional survey was designed.
Few studies have focused on the risk factors for necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in small for gestational age (SGA) infants. The aim of this study was to identify the risk factors for NEC in SGA newborns. This study included consecutive SGA neonates admitted to a tertiary hospital in Jiangxi Province, China from Jan 2008 to Dec 2022.

Many mammals, including humans, are susceptible to infection, while the widely distributed rodent, Microtus fortis, exhibits natural anti-schistosome characteristics. The mechanisms of host susceptibility remain poorly understood.

The appeal for reliable fluorescent nanosensors always promotes the development of VC probe. In this work, a pre-oxidized Eu-probe (denoted as Eu-NO) was synthesized.

Methods: The TFT results and risk factors for thyroid dysfunction in preterm infants with gestational ages (GA) between 25 and 34 weeks were analysed.
Results: In total, 535 infants were enrolled in this study.
The accurate measurement of mass and centroid is indispensable for accurate control of aircraft. In order to eliminate the influence of assembly error and product pose error on the measurement results, a multi-station measurement idea that can self-compensate for the geometric parameter error is proposed in this paper based on. At the same time, the kinematic model of the mechanical structure of the measurement equipment is established to prove the effectiveness of the structure in error compensation theoretically, and the experimental verification of the standard part and aircraft is carried out.

In order to obtain high-precision information on the parameters of the mass, centroid, and MOI of an aircraft using a single instrument, an integrated mass property measurement system was developed in this study by analyzing and comparing the latest technologies, especially the function-switching device, which switches the measurement states between the center of mass and the MOI. The purpose of mass property measurement was achieved through single clamping.

Complex etiologies and atypical clinical signs make diagnosis difficult; thus, it is crucial to investigate the underlying causes of NMA rapidly and provide disorder-specific therapies. Our study aims to provide an overview of the genetic causes of NMA in patients from NICUs.

Excretory-secretory (ES) products play an important role in the interaction between parasites and hosts' immune responses. Inflammatory macrophages are responsible for eosinophilic meningitis induced by AC, and the soluble antigens of fourth stage larva (AC L4), a mimic of dead AC L4, aggravate eosinophilic meningitis in AC-infected mice model promoting alternative activation of macrophages.

Methods: A total of 60 newborns with CLS admitted to four hospitals were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group (n = 30) and the observation group (n = 30) in accordance with the random number table. The control group was treated with HES alone, while the observation group was treated with Uti combined with HES.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a rare, heterogeneous autoimmune and autoinflammatory disease that affects both sexes and all races, although this disease exhibits its highest incidence/prevalence among the black population and shows a predilection for women of reproductive age. Although SLE has no cure, treatment can help decrease its signs and symptoms. Thus, we should focus primarily on personalized treatment.

This study aimed to systematically and specifically examine changes in the thymus and the potential mechanisms responsible for immunological abnormalities in PIL mice. The results showed that PIL mice exhibit serious thymic hyperplasia, an elevated thymus index, a damaged histopathological structure and increased thymocyte apoptosis.

Objectives: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the most common malignancies in children. Our aim was to identify a novel miRNA that can predict prognosis of childhood ALL patients and explore its potential mechanism.
Methods: The miRNA expression profiles of childhood ALL were analyzed using GEO database and HiSeq instruments.
The MRI showed encephalopathy and brain atrophy of the left parietal lobe, occipital lobe and temporal lobe and decreased infiltration of the dura mater on T2-weighted imaging. But encephalopathy and brain atrophy could be improved with neurotrophic drugs and additional intelligence teaching.

Arsenic trioxide (ATO) and all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) can down-regulate FLT3-ITD level and selectively kill leukemia cells carrying the FLT3-ITD mutation. However, the mechanisms of action of these two compounds are unknown.

MLL-rearranged leukemia is an aggressive malignancy associated with poor outcome, which is refractory to conventional treatment. Melatonin has been proven to exert anti-tumor activity, but the effect of melatonin on MLL-r leukemia and the underlying mechanism remain poorly understood. In this study, melatonin inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis by activating the caspase-dependent apoptotic pathway in MLL-r leukemia cells.

This study was aimed at analyzing the immunogenicity of rat ADMSCs by comparing the immunological effects of intraparenchymal administration of allogeneic ADMSCs (allo-ADMSCs) and autologous ADMSCs (auto-ADMSCs) after the acute phase of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats.
Methods: Allo- or auto-ADMSCs from rats (1 × 10 cells) were transplanted into Lewis rats 8 days post MCAO.
The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effects of miconazole on myelin sheaths following cerebral white matter damage (WMD) in premature infant rats. Sprague Dawley rats (3-days-old) were randomly divided into four groups (n=30 each) as follows: Sham surgery group, WMD model group, 10 mg/kg/day treatment group and 40 mg/kg/day treatment group. A cerebral white matter lesion model was created by ligating the right common carotid artery for 80 min.
