Objectives: The primary outcome of this study was to describe the dosing regimen of tadalafil in neonates and infants diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (PH) secondary to bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Secondary outcomes included tolerability, efficacy, adverse events, discontinuation of therapy, and changes in echocardiography.
Methods: This was a single-center, retrospective review of neonates and infants <1 year of age at initiation of tadalafil for PH secondary to BPD from January 2010 to November 2021.
Purpose: Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is the most common type of anemia. A single dose infusion of intravenous (IV) iron is a convenient treatment option. Ferumoxytol is an IV formulation of iron that is typically given in two doses of 510 mg each.

Migraines are a debilitating neurological disease affecting as many as 1 of 6 adults in the United States. Occipital nerve block, consisting of a local anesthetic and/or corticosteroid, has shown to be an effective treatment for the management of migraines. Occipital nerve block has been reported to reduce migraine pain scores, frequency, and duration.
