High-resolution Melting Analysis for NOTCH1 c.7541-7542delCT Mutation in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia: Prognostic Significance in Egyptian Patients.

The present study aimed to detect the prevalence of NOTCH1 c.7541-7542delCT mutation in Egyptian CLL patients using HRM assay and to assess its relation to patients' survival. The study included 50 newly diagnosed treatment-naïve CLL patients and 50 age and sex matched healthy controls.

Aim Of The Study: Growing data show that toll-like receptors (TLRs) have considerable roles in the pathogenesis of many liver diseases. We aimed to study the relation between TLR3 and TLR7 levels and clinical manifestations of liver decompensation among hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected Child-Pugh B patients.

Material And Methods: This study included 60 adult patients with Child-Pugh B liver cirrhosis on top of untreated HCV infection.
