Objective: Hemophilia A (HA) is a hereditary X-linked bleeding disorder secondary to deficiency of the clotting factor VIII (FVIII). Emicizumab is a monoclonal antibody that replaces the function of the activated FVIII and prevents bleeding in HA patients.
