Fibratosis colli, or infantile pseudotumor of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, is a rare cause of benign cervical mass in newborns and infants. This study involved all patients admitted with cervical swelling and diagnosed with colli fibromatosis from March 2016 to February 2020. Five patients were retained.

We report an exceptional clinical case of an ipsilateral dislocation fracture of the shoulder and right elbow, realizing a "swinging arm". Following a violent road accident, patient S.I, a 43-year-old left-handed sports educator, presented with an antero-medial shoulder dislocation fracture and a posterolateral ipsilateral elbow fracture-dislocation.

Introduction: Head and neck resection of the femur was described by Girdlestone in 1928 in the treatment of coxalgia. Very invasive at the beginning, this intervention is much less so today, but the term of "Girdlestone's operation" or "Girdlestone's procedure" has remained in use.
