Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP) is a rare systemic disease which is transmitted through an incomplete sex-linked recessive gene. As a result of this, exposure to the ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun causes malignant skin lesions. One of the most effective treatment options for the malignant lesions is full-face resurfacing with skin grafts.

Case Report: Launois-Bensaude syndrome was diagnosed in a 70-year-old-man who presented with severe bilateral proptosis (Hertel value 26mm). We performed a bilateral transpalpebral orbital decompression by resection of intraorbital fat without bone removal.
