CMOS Gaussian Monocycle Pulse Transceiver for Radar-Based Microwave Imaging.

A single-chip Gaussian monocycle pulse (GMP) transceiver was developed for radar-based microwave imaging by the use of 65-nm complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology. A transmitter (TX) generates GMP signals, whose pulse widths and -3 dB bandwidths are 192 ps and 5.9 GHz, respectively.
