[A case of leiomyosarcoma of the scrotum: chemotherapy with anti-cancer agents was effective for the lung metastasis].

A 59-year-old male was referred to our hospital with the chief complaint of a painless scrotal mass. A 6 X 4.5 X 4 cm elastic hard mass with irregular surface was palpable in the right scrotum.
