A 19-year-old man with a history of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) and two previous partial small bowel resections because of intussusception presented with lower abdominal pain. Computed tomography (CT) showed concentric multilayer and cord-like structures in the transverse colon. Colo-colonic intussusception was suspected and he was hospitalized.
