Purpose: We report a case of regression of a 2-year-old girl with bilateral primitive ophthalmic arteries (POAs).
Case Report: The patient presented with a headache and had no visual impairment or visual field abnormalities. Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) revealed arteries originating bilaterally from the cavernous internal carotid artery segments, diagnosed as persistent POAs.
Excessive fructose intake causes a variety of adverse conditions (e.g., obesity, hepatic steatosis, insulin resistance and uric acid overproduction).

In this study, we inoculated silkworm larvae with three entomopathogenic fungi, Cordyceps militaris, Beauveria bassiana, and Metarhizium anisopliae, and investigated their mechanisms of infection. Methods: We analysed an anonymized data set obtained from a community-based ACF in Cambodia, targeting persons aged 55 years or over, persons with any TB symptoms, such as chronic cough, and persons at risk of TB, including household contacts.
Genetic factors alone cannot explain the pathophysiology of moyamoya disease (MMD), and environmental factors such as an immune response are thought to be involved.
