We report a case of a highly advanced urothelial carcinoma accompanied by duodenal stenosis with pancreaticoduodenectomy. A6 6-year-old man presented with upper abdominal pain and vomiting. Acute pancreatitis and hydronephrosis were diagnosed with urgent hospitalization, but jaundice appeared, and stenosis of the duodenum was also found.

Our experience with CVF due to sigmoid diverticulitis over a 9-year period was reviewed to clarify the clinical presentation and diagnostic confirmation. Ten patients with CVF were identified in this period, and chief complaints, laboratory findings, presenting symptoms, diagnostic investigations, and subsequent treatments were reviewed.
