Laparoscopic Heller myotomy with Dor fundoplication is the standard surgical treatment for esophageal achalasia. However, there are few reports on the use of this method after gastric surgery. We report a case of a 78-year-old man who underwent laparoscopic Heller myotomy with Dor fundoplication for achalasia after distal gastrectomy and Billroth-II reconstruction.
