[A Case in Which PTCS Was Effective in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bile Duct Cancer].

The patient was an 83-year-old man who was admitted for fever and upper abdominal pain as chief complaints. Laboratory tests showed abnormal liver function, and abdominal CT revealed dilation of the common bile duct. The patient was admitted to our hospital with a diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.
