Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS) is uncommon neurological syndrome that is characterized by specific clinical and radiologic findings. Previous reported associations of RPLS include hypertension, eclampsia, renal impairment and drugs. Prompt diagnosis and therapy is critical to ensure resolution of the neurological disability.
