Introduction: The concept of clinical readiness for practice among nursing students is yet to be analyzed, and there is a lack of empirical evidence on its usage among academics and clinicians.
Methods: This concept analysis is anchored on a systematic literature review that adhered to the PRISMA guidelines and incorporated the eight iterative steps of Walker and Avant's concept analysis method. This concept analysis method involved: (1) choosing a concept; (2) determining the objectives of the analysis; (3) identifying usages of the concept; (4) determining the defining attributes; (5) identifying a model case; (6) identifying other cases, including borderline, contrary, and related cases; (7) identifying antecedents and consequences; and (8) defining empirical references.
Brookite exists as the metastable phase of titania and often mediates the transformation of anatase to rutile. The photocatalytic competence of brookite relative to polymorphs anatase and rutile has generally been considered structurally and energetically unfavourable for reasons that remain largely unknown and unchallenged. However, the process of phase transformation and performance related cooperativity among all three polymorphs has recently unlocked alternative directions for exploring brookite photovoltaics.

We would like to report a case of XGP occurring in a patient with polycystic kidney disease (PCKD), which has not been previously documented in etiology. A 29-year-old woman presented to our hospital with right upper quadrant pain for 5 days.

In secondary MCD, spontaneous remission of nephrotic syndrome after the treatment of related diseases without steroid therapy is rare.
Case Presentation: A 78-year-old man visited the outpatient clinic with foamy urine and generalized edema that had persisted for 2 months.
The spontaneous rupture of a subcostal (12th intercostal) artery is exceptionally rare and could be fatal, requiring early diagnosis and treatment. Only one case of intercostal artery (ICA) bleeding in a patient undergoing hemodialysis (HD) has been reported. We additionally describe a 41-year-old man undergoing HD who presented with a spontaneous hemoperitoneum and shock resulting from a subcostal artery rupture.

Design: Integrative review.
Methods: An in-depth search of registries and five databases yielded 9466 records.
The role of psoralen (PS), a major active component extracted from L. seed, in renal fibrosis is still unclear. Thus, the objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of PS on the development and progression of renal fibrosis induced by unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) in a mouse model.

However, achieving a precise on-demand dosage of a drug in deep tissues with minimal damage is still a challenge. In this study, we report an electric-pulse-driven nanopore-electroporation (nEP) system for the localized intracellular delivery of a model agent in deep tissues.

Patient Concerns: A 80-year-old woman visited our hospital complaining of generalized edema that had started 4 weeks prior.
An environmentally friendly oxidation system has proposed for the practical and scalable production of value-added 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid from 1 kg of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural. The system is composed of a simple base, oxygen, and a green solvent, thereby providing a sustainable and economical approach to organic synthesis. To gain insight into the mechanism of this oxidation process, NMR spectroscopic analysis and kinetic study are used for the mechanistic investigation of this environmentally friendly oxidation process.

Furthermore, under transition-metal-free conditions, this protocol has been applied to convert terpene as biomass feedstock into value-added chemicals.

Method: The English Readiness for Practice Survey was translated into Korean using the Translation, Review, Adjudication, Pretesting, and Documentation (TRAPD) method. Secondary data analysis was performed using the dataset from the New Nurse e-Cohort study (Panel 2020) in South Korea.
We evaluated whether the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) could aid dialysis decision-making in combination with the clinical presentation and biochemical findings. We retrospectively evaluated the medical records of 279 patients who commenced chronic maintenance hemodialysis. We compared the laboratory findings at 6 months before dialysis to those at dialysis initiation.

Case Presentation: We present a rare case of early spontaneous SH in an allograft kidney that led to a decrease in renal function.
Background: Due to the rapid growth of the older adult population, multimorbidity has become a global concern for an aging society. Multimorbidity has been associated with poor health outcomes, including low quality of life and a high risk of mortality, resulting in an overload of healthcare systems. However, multimorbidity incidence and its related factors are poorly understood among older adults.

Extracellular matrix protein 1 (ECM1) is associated with a poor prognosis of breast cancers. However, the role of ECM1 with endocrine resistance in estrogen receptor-positive (ER) breast cancers has not been elucidated yet. We show that ECM1 promotes endocrine resistance in ER breast cancers.

We conducted this study to evaluate impact of phase angle (PA) and sarcopenia measured by BIA on clinical prognosis in these patients. This longitudinal retrospective study enrolled patients who underwent hemodialysis between January 2016 and March 2019.

Although acute kidney injury (AKI) due to immunoglobulin M paraprotein infiltration into the renal interstitium has been reported, there has been no report of AKI with invasion of the immunoglobulin G paraprotein into the renal interstitium in a patient with LPL.
Patient Concerns: A 65-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with fatigue and decreased renal function.
Background: The association between acute cholangitis (AC) and acute kidney injury (AKI) remains unclear. We investigated the incidence, and clinical course of AKI in patients with AC, and the long-term prognosis.
Methods: We performed a single-center retrospective study of patients hospitalized with AC in a tertiary care center from January 2011 to December 2017.
Stem cell therapies offer great promise in regenerative medicine to reinstate the normal function of diseased tissue, thereby avoiding the need for replacement. In stem cell therapies, damaged cells are replaced or restored by regulating inflammation and the immune system. However, the low survival rate and local retention of transplanted cells pose a significant challenge.

Methods: A non-synchronized quasi-experimental design was used. First-time mothers were recruited during postpartum and assigned to the experimental or control group (34 each).
Rationale: Momordica charantia is often used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in Korea. Drug-induced acute interstitial nephritis (AIN) accounts for 60% to 70% of AIN cases. However, only 1 case of AIN associated with ingesting M charantia has been reported in the English literature.
