Objective: To understand the changing trends of immune-related diseases. Disease patterns from both pre-and post-immunization plan and after the immunization program were described, in order to provide evidence for the formulation and revision of immunization program and policy, in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
Methods: According to the time order descriptive method was used to analyze and compare the reported data on infectious diseases in Ningxia, between 1958 and 2014.
The pea aphid, Acyrthosiphon pisum (Harris) (Hemiptera: Aphididae), shows wing polyphenism (winged and wingless morphs) in its life cycle. The winged morph is adapted for dispersal; its two developmental adult stages (for dispersal and reproduction) are based on its breeding periods. The two morphs show different phototactic behavior and the winged can change its preference to light according to the developmental stages.

We tested this hypothesis by exploring the correlations between life-history traits of three aphid species feeding on ten wheat accessions at three levels of analysis with respect to the host plant: overall, inter-accession, and intra-accession. We found that fecundity was significantly correlated with mean relative growth rate (MRGR), weight gain, and development time, and that the faster aphid develops the greater body and fecundity, depending on aphid species, wheat accession, and analyses level.

Objective: To explore the correlation between pathological characteristics of target organs and excess evil syndrome in IgA nephropathy.
Methods: Data were collected in multicenter cooperation. Totally 266 IgA nephropathy patients were typed into exogenous wind-heat affection syndrome (49 cases), lower energizer damp-heat syndrome (100 cases), damp-phlegm syndrome (43 cases), and blood stasis syndrome (74 cases).

Understanding gecko adhesion and self-cleaning mechanisms is essential for elucidating animal behaviours and rationally designing gecko-inspired devices. Another egt deleted control HearNPV was constructed in a similar way by inserting egfp gene into the egt locus. One-step viral growth curve and viral DNA replication curve analysis confirmed that the recombination did not affect the viral growth and DNA replication in host cells.

Phase matching is one of the key techniques in temperature measuring by coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS). In order to overcome the disadvantages of large background radiation, inconvenient adjusting and low-usage of Stokes laser energy in traditional unstable-resonator spatially enhanced detection (USED) phase matching, new implementation technique of USED CARS phase matching is researched. A piece of oblique reflector, which is as big as the Stokes spot and with an angle of 45 degrees, was used to replace the annular reflector in traditional USED to reflect the Stokes fully.
