Quality control (QC) in mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics is mainly based on data-dependent acquisition (DDA) analysis of standard samples. Here, we collect 2754 files acquired by data independent acquisition (DIA) and paired 2638 DDA files from mouse liver digests using 21 mass spectrometers across nine laboratories over 31 months. Our data demonstrate that DIA-based LC-MS/MS-related consensus QC metrics exhibit higher sensitivity compared to DDA-based QC metrics in detecting changes in LC-MS status.

In order to increase the thermal conductivity of neat epoxy resin and broaden its practical application in high-voltage insulation systems, we have constructed four kinds of epoxy resin nanocomposite models (a neat epoxy resin (EP), a graphene-doped epoxy resin nanocomposite (EP/GR) and hydroxyl- or carboxyl-functionalized graphene-doped epoxy resin nanocomposites (EP/GR-OH or EP/GR-COOH)) to systematically investigate their thermodynamic and electrical properties using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Branched-structure polyarylacetylene resins with low curing temperatures and excellent thermal stability are promising candidates for high-performance resin-matrix composites. In this work, the effects of different vinyl/acetylene group ratios on the thermal properties of star-shaped silicon-containing arylacetylene (SSA) resins and branched silicon-containing arylacetylene (BSA) resins were investigated by molecular dynamics simulations. The calculated interaction energies, diffusion behaviors, and glass transition temperatures () indicated that an increase in the vinyl/acetylene group ratio positively affected the rheological and thermal properties of the branched resins.

Integrating rubber with superior low-temperature capabilities, such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), is a strategic approach to bolster the low-temperature performance of fluoroelastomer (FKM). A low-cost fully dicyclopentadiene (DCPD)-networked epoxy system was designed.
