Searching for single-molecule magnets (SMM) with large effective blocking barriers, long relaxation times, and high magnetic blocking temperatures is vitally important not only for the fundamental research of magnetism at the molecular level but also for the realization of new-generation magnetic memory unit. Actinides (An) atoms possess extremely strong spin-orbit coupling (SOC) due to their 5 orbitals, and their ground multiplets are largely split into several sublevels because of the strong interplay between the SOC of An atoms and the crystal field (CF) formed by ligand atoms. Compared to TM-based SMMs, more dispersed energy level widths of An-based SMMs will give a larger total zero field splitting (ZFS) and thus provide a necessary condition to derive a higher .

The mechanisms underlying the onset of T1D are complex, involving genetics, environment, and various unknown factors, leading to the infiltration of various immune components into the islets. Besides T cells, B cells are now considered important contributors to the pathogenesis of T1D, according to recent studies.

However, it remains to be studied whether TYK2 selective inhibitors can enhance the therapeutic effect of small molecule PD-L1 inhibitors in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). We verified the efficacy of the combination of the selective TYK2 inhibitor Deucravacitinib and the small molecule inhibitor of PD-L1, INCB086550, in two TNBC animal models: a syngeneic mouse model (4T1 with humanized PD-L1) and a peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC)-humanized model (MDA-MB-231).

Methods: This single-center retrospective study included pathologically confirmed BCa patients who underwent preoperative contrast-enhanced DLCT. Patients were divided into low- and high-grade groups based on pathology.
Sacubitril/valsartan, a first-in-class angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor, is widely used to treat heart failure. Despite its efficacy, sacubitril/valsartan inevitably causes adverse events such as hypotension, renal dysfunction, hyperkalemia, and angioedema. Sacubitril/valsartan-associated ototoxicity is often underreported in clinical studies and real-world settings.

Food insecurity, a crucial social determinant of health, remains unclearly associated with CC and CD. We aim to explore the association between food insecurity and CC and CD, and its impact on all-cause mortality among participants with abnormal bowel health.

Objectives: Pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas (PPGLs) are manifestations of von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease. This study aims to describe the clinical features of PPGLs in VHL patients and the distinctions between VHL disease-related PPGLs and sporadic PPGLs.
Design, Patients And Measurements: The study included all patients with VHL disease and PPGLs treated in a single centre from 2007 to 2023.
Mutations in the recombination-activating gene 1, a pivotal component essential for V(D)J recombination and the formation of T- and B-cell receptors, can result in autoimmune hemolytic anemia, a rare hematological condition characterized by the autoantibody-mediated destruction of red blood cells. Herein, we report the case of a 1-year-and-4-month-old girl who presented with progressively aggravated anemia, fever, and cough. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia was confirmed by bone marrow aspiration and Coombs test.

However, the impact of iMCD on life quality, mental and psychological status, social function, and caregiving burden is poorly understood. To address this gap, a cross-sectional web-based survey was conducted with 178 iMCD patients and 82 caregivers, including 42 patient-caregiver dyads.

However, traditional manual interpretation is often subjective, time-consuming, and prone to errors, leading to inconsistent detection accuracy and poor generalization. In this paper, we present deep learning-based object detection methods for automatically identifying and annotating abnormal regions in CXR images.

Replication factor C subunit 4 (RFC4), an oncogene active in various human cancers, has been rarely studied in OSCC. In the present study, bioinformatics analysis identified RFC4 as a potential key target in OSCC progression.

However, the latent infection and adverse reactions caused by the live attenuated vaccines against infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV) have limited its use in poultry. Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) is considered a potential vector for vaccine development, but the issue of poor stability in recombinant IBV expressing foreign genes has not yet been resolved.

Methods: From September 2023 to January 2024, a cross-sectional was conducted among women seeking weight loss with overweight or obesity focusing on the symptoms and effects of UI. The degree of UI severity, UI-specific HRQoL, sexual function, and generic HRQoL were detected via Incontinence Modular Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form (ICIQ-UI-SF), Incontinence Impact Questionnaire-Short Form (IIQ-7), Short-form Prolapse Incontinence Sexual Questionnaire (PISQ-12), and European Quality of Life-5 Dimensions 5-Level questionnaire (EQ-5D-5 L) respectively.
Alveolar macrophages play a crucial role in maintaining lung homeostasis. However, the mechanisms underlying alveolar macrophage pyroptosis and inflammasome activation in radiation-induced lung injury remain unclear. In this study, we employed multicolor flow cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing to reveal the immune cell and cell death landscape in the tissue microenvironment of radiation-induced lung injury.

Here, we developed a CMR-FT method based on deformable groupwise registration with a locally low-rank (LLR) dissimilarity metric to improve myocardial tracking and strain estimation accuracy.
Methods: The proposed method, Groupwise-LLR, performs feature tracking by iteratively updating the entire displacement field across all cardiac phases to minimize the sum of the patchwise signal ranks of the deformed movie.
Although serum uric acid (SUA) is a risk factor for cardiometabolic outcome, but it remains unclear which patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) benefit the most from SUA lowering therapy (ULT). The association of SUA level, systemic inflammation and cardiometabolic risk is still unclear. The current study is aimed to examine whether SUA-associated cardiometabolic risk is modulated by systemic inflammation in CAD patients.
