The paper presents a clinical case of MPA in a 67-year-old woman following COVID-19, characterized by significant difficulties when working with the early etiological verification of diagnosis. The patient presented with polyarthritis affecting the upper and lower limbs, fever, and comorbid urological pathology in the form of urolithiasis and recurrent cystitis. This clinical presentation, hyperuricemia, azotaemia and anemia were mistakenly interpreted as chronic kidney disease: gouty nephropathy, gouty arthritis, which masked the underlying disease for a long time delaying the timely MPA diagnosis and treatment.

The article presents a difficult-to-diagnose clinical case of progressive growth of two intrapericardial dermoid cysts in a 42-year-old man, diagnosed only 6 months after acute transdermal poisoning with lithium salts (Litol 24), which the patient, on his own initiative, used locally for the treatment of existing psoriasis. The peculiarity of this clinical case lies in the fact that, due to the extremely rare occurrence of intrapericardial dermoid cysts, their presence was perceived by doctors as hydropericardium. Therefore, untimely diagnosis of the cause of compression syndrome created a threat of tamponade of the patient's heart.

The article presents two clinical cases of microscopic polyangiitis in patients with symptoms of glomerulonephritis with renal failure, which were preceded by such nonspecific symptoms as: abdominal syndrome, high blood pressure, arthralgia, myalgia, weight loss, uveitis, shortness of breath, general weakness. Clinical and laboratory-instrumental aspects of diseases are analyzed. Emphasized the feasibility of early diagnosis, adequate therapy appointment.

Objective: Introduction: The article describes the clinical case devoted to the features of the clinical course of Churg-Strauss syndrome (eosinophilic granulomatous with systemic necrotizing vasculitis). Churg-Strauss syndrome is a disease that is rarely diagnosed because of presenting by high-variability clinical syndromes, that causes difficulties in diagnostic process, especially on the first visit of patient to the general practioner. The aim of the article is to show the clinical course feautures of the Churg-Strauss syndrome in the time of disease progression, as well as pecullarities and possibilities of in-time diagnosis of this disease.
