The rearranged-during-transfection (RET) kinase is a validated target for the treatment of RET-altered cancers. Currently approved RET-selective kinase inhibitors, selpercatinib (LOXO-292) and pralsetinib (BLU-667), increase the oncogenic RET protein level upon treatment, which may affect their efficacy. We seek to reduce the oncogenic RET protein level and RET kinase activity simultaneously.

However, diagnosing AF in real-time can be challenging as the arrhythmia is often not captured instantly. To address this issue, a deep-learning model was developed to diagnose AF even during periods of arrhythmia-free windows.

Methods: This retrospective cohort study included patients with atrial fibrillation who initiated DOACs or warfarin between 2012 and 2019, using Taiwan's national claims database. Major bleeding events, including gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB), intracranial hemorrhage (ICH), and other major bleeding events, were identified using coding schemas from Cunningham et al, the Mini-Sentinel protocol, and Yao et al.
Objective: This study investigated impulsivity and working memory among CD inpatients across treatment and compared to controls.
Methods: Patients (= 56, = 38.2, = 11.
