Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2), a transcription factor regulating cellular redox homeostasis, exhibits a complex role in cancer biology. Genetic mutations in the Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (KEAP1)/NRF2 system, which lead to NRF2 hyperactivation, are found in 20% to 30% of lung cancer cases. This review explores the intricate interplay between NRF2 and key oncogenic pathways in lung cancer, focusing on the interaction of KEAP1/NRF2 system with Kirsten rat sarcoma virus (KRAS), tumor protein P53 (TP53), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases (PI3K)/AKT signaling.

Methods: In this study, we propose an IDH indicator that uses heart rate (HR) change information to identify the patient's condition in real time and visually shows whether IDH has occurred. The data used were collected from 40 dialysis patients in a clinical trial conducted in the Artificial Kidney Unit at Yeungnam University Medical Center, Korea, from 18 July to 29 November 2023.
The incidence of anaplastic large cell lymphoma is 0.25 cases per 100,000 people. It usually causes lymphadenopathy and B symptoms; however, diverse cutaneous manifestations can also be observed.

Clinically, covering a breast implant with acellular dermal matrix (ADM) or autologous tissue is considered to be the most effective technique to prevent capsular contracture. This study was designed to compare the protective effects of ADM and latissimus dorsi (LD) muscle flap placement on capsular contracture by increasing the rate of capsular contracture through controlled radiation exposure in a rabbit model.

The androgen receptor (AR) is a crucial transcription factor driving prostate cancer (PCa) progression across all stages. Current AR-targeting therapies utilize competitive AR antagonists or pathway suppressors.
