[Telemonitoring in patients with chronic heart failure].

Actuality. High risk of hospitalisation and death in patients with heart failure highlight the importance of developing methods to moni‑ tor weight, diuresis, heart rate and other parameters and provide the physicians with an ability to change the therapy immediately if needed. The aim of this work is an analysis of clinical trials which investigate telemonitoring in patients with heart failure.
