The paper gives many years experience in following up children with chronic pancreatitis. It shows the clinical polymorphism of pancreatitis that in associated with the specific features of a pathological process in the gastroduodenocholedochopancreatis area. One of the causes of the development of postprandial hypotension is thought to be impaired vegetative nervous regulation of arterial pressure. A prospective study included 106 patients with celiac trunk compression syndrome (CTCS). Duplex scanning of the celiac trunk and superior mesenteric artery and echocardiography were performed during their examination.
