Intestinal malrotation is a congenital anomaly characterized by rotational errors during the embryonic development of the midgut. Although it is mainly a pediatric diagnosis, some cases do present in adult life. In adults, the condition can present in various ways, with symptoms that may be acute, acute on chronic, chronic, or discovered incidentally.

It has previously been reported that nodal disease predicted recurrence in patients with nonmetastatic appendiceal adenocarcinomas, supporting diagnostic laparoscopy with right hemicolectomy for staging and assessment for risk of recurrence. Materials And Methods: Sixteen molar teeth indicated for extraction were randomly assigned into two groups. For the test group, sockets were packed with PDDM block and control group, with A-PRF+ plug alone.
