In general, vessel aneurysms are always an intriguing entity to approach due to the various options for diagnosis and treatment, which are heavily dependent on the unique characteristics of the condition. Such features include etiology, location, and coexistence with other abnormalities.

Anatomical Variations of the Vermiform Appendix.

Objective: The aim of the present work is to systematically review and present the existing literature on anatomical variations of the appendix.

Methods: Detailed research was conducted in the PubMed medical database, using the terms "Appendix" AND "Anatomical variations", and 74 articles were initially revealed. After the application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, all the non-related articles were excluded, and thus 40 articles were finally selected.

The Effect of Medial Circumflex Artery Variation on the Success Rate of Gracilis Flap Procedures: A Systematic Review.

This systematic review examines the impact of anatomical variations in the medial circumflex artery (MCA) on the outcomes of gracilis flap procedures in reconstructive surgery. Incorporating 16 studies, this review analyzes how different MCA variants influence the success rates of these procedures. Findings highlight critical MCA variations, including cases of split and double pedicles and differences in pedicle length and branching patterns, which can complicate flap harvesting and vascular anastomosis.

The bilateral persistent sciatic vein: a rare and clinically meaningful lower limb variant.

Background: The lower limb venous system, a subject of extensive study due to its high clinical significance on deep vein thrombosis, presents a rare, intriguing, symmetrical variant in this dissection report.

Case Report: We present the uncommon and clinically meaningful bilateral persistent sciatic vein (PSV) variant. The developmental variant was symmetrically detected during a dissection of an 81-year-old female donated cadaver.
