This case study evaluated Ayurvedic and yoga treatment for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in a 14-year-old female with a short temper. Symptoms were assessed using the Clinical Anger Scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A). Before treatment, the patient scored 31 out of 48 on the HAM-A and 31 out of 63 on the Clinical Anger Scale.
