Objective: In the OS-EM method, reconfigured images may be different among reconstruction image processors because the programs are highly arbitrary. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difference in OS-EM algorithms among four different image processors using a digital phantom dedicated for SPECT data evaluation. The image processors used were GMS-5500A/PI (Toshiba), GENIE Xeleris (GE), e.

Infusion of EFA-rich powder dissolved in excreted bile was effective in six patients except for a case who had a total bile acid concentration in the excreted bile that was less than critical micellar level. Administration of EFA-rich powder dissolved in a mixture of the patient's own bile and 1 to 2 mmol/L taurocholate (TC) solution corrected EFA deficiency in three children with total bile acid concentration lower than the critical level.

The cystathionine accumulation was caused by a single mutation having a high incidence of gene conversion. The mutation was designated cys3 and was shown to cause loss of gamma-cystathionase activity.

Several hypotheses relating the rate of migration to age, education, distance moved, and earnings are tested, and the applicability of the theoretical framework to the analysis of labor migration in Japan is evaluated. Data are from the 1970 census and the 1968 Employment Status Survey.
