Objectives: Meckel scintigraphy is used to diagnose Meckel's diverticulum. Previously, premedication with ranitidine was the most frequently used method to increase the accuracy of scintigraphy. However, ranitidine can no longer be used because it is banned by the Food and Drug Administration.

Background: We aimed to evaluate the quality indicators monitored within the scope of quality standards health.
Methods: In this descriptive study, patients who visited the home health services unit in 2021, were included. Patient age and diagnostic data were obtained from the Basic Health Statistics Module.
Computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography (PET) are the most commonly used methods for diagnosis and staging in both malignant and benign diseases of the lung parenchyma and mediastinum. Endobronchial ultrasonography (EBUS) guided transbronchial needle aspiration biopsy (TBNA) has become widespread in recent years because it allows minimally invasive tissue sampling. PET-CT has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of malignancy but has low specificity.

Material And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 66 male patients who were diagnosed with primary prostate adenocarcinoma, underwent pre-treatment [68Ga]Ga-PSMA PET/CT examination for staging, and performed radical prostatectomy between March 2018-August 2020. Immunohistochemical staining was applied to the radical prostatectomy specimens of all patients to detect PSMA expression.
