Polymeric nanocarriers (PNCs) are versatile materials for this purpose, and to enhance their development, it is necessary to quantify protein delivery efficiency into cells by numerous PNC designs at the same time. Current strategies for screening PNC systems are qualitative and mostly serial.

Supporting People With Musculoskeletal Conditions From Underserved Communities in the United Kingdom to Engage With Physical Activity: A Realist Synthesis and Q-Methodology Study.

Background: In the United Kingdom, 20 million individuals suffer from a musculoskeletal condition, for which physical activity (PA) is a core treatment. Minority ethnic communities experience a disproportionate impact, experiencing higher levels of pain and engaging in less PA. Research has identified various factors that affect their participation in PA, including lack of access to support, limited knowledge of resources, language barriers, fear of racial harassment while exercising, and insufficient communication/information from healthcare professionals.

Arm Position and Blood Pressure Readings: The ARMS Crossover Randomized Clinical Trial.

Importance: Guidelines for blood pressure (BP) measurement recommend arm support on a desk with the midcuff positioned at heart level. Still, nonstandard positions are used in clinical practice (eg, with arm resting on the lap or unsupported on the side).

Objective: To determine the effect of different arm positions on BP readings.

Research on best practices in theory assessment highlights that testing theories is challenging because they inherit a new set of assumptions as soon as they are linked to a specific methodology. In this article, we integrate and build on this work by demonstrating the breadth of these challenges. We show that tracking auxiliary assumptions is difficult because they are made at different stages of theory testing and at multiple levels of a theory.
