This study was conducted with the aim of explaining succession evasion as a new concept in nursing management; Also, as an invisible aspect of organizational behavior in the field of management.

Materials And Methods: The current research was conducted using a qualitative approach and conventional content analysis methods.

Gut dysbiosis, which is common among kidney transplant recipients and known to effect systemic immunity, may be a contributing factor to a lack of vaccine immunogenicity in this at-risk cohort. The gut microbiota modulates vaccine responses, with the production of immunomodulatory short-chain fatty acids by bacteria such as associated with heightened vaccine responses in both observational and experimental studies.

Aim: The identification and development of managerial talents for nursing manager succession in the future should be a concern for organisations, as the concept of succession planning has not been seriously addressed in nursing.
