[Chemiluminescent analysis of the functional state of cellular and humoral components of neutrophil phagocytosis system in recurrent herpes simplex].

Methods of chemiluminescent analysis of the opsonin-phagocytic system in patients with recurrent herpes simplex and of assessment of in vitro cell sensitivity to immunomodulating agents in the same test are described. The functional activity of neutrophils and opsonizing capacity of the blood sera of patients with herpes simplex infection were found appreciably reduced. Chemiluminescent analysis was found useful for the selection of individual immunocorrecting therapy.

[The clinico-immunological characteristics of patients with the typical and the erosive-ulcerative forms of lichen planus ruber].

Sixteen patients with typical and 17 with erosive ulcerative forms of lichen ruber planus were examined for the T- and B-immunity systems, myeloid series cells, complementary and spontaneous rosette-forming populations. B-lymphocyte levels were found elevated twofold in both groups of patients as against normal subjects. Patients with typical lichen planus developed a statistically significant elevation of T-lymphocyte count vs.

[The pathogenesis of dermatoses due to contact with mineral fertilizers].

The studies have revealed unfavourable effect of mineral fertilizers on the peripheral blood cells. A complex of tests was used to diagnose dermatoses induced by exposure to mineral fertilizers.
