Thermodynamics of the Fredrickson-Andersen model on the Bethe lattice.

The statics of the Fredrickson-Andersen model (FAM) of the liquid-glass transition is solved on the Bethe lattice (BL). The kinetic constraints of the FAM imply on the BL an ergodicity-breaking transition to a (glassy) phase where a fraction of spins of the system is permanently blocked, and the remaining "free" spins become nontrivially correlated. We compute several observables of the ergodicity-broken phase, such as the self-overlap, the configurational entropy, and the spin-glass susceptibility, and we compare the analytical predictions with numerical experiments.

Benefits of Judo Practice for Individuals with Neurodevelopmental Disorders: A Systematic Literature Review.

This systematic literature review evaluates the benefits of judo practice designed for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs), including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Intellectual Developmental Disorders (IDDs), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This review adheres to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, focusing on the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive benefits of judo. A comprehensive search across databases, such as PubMed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, B-On, and Scopus, was conducted, and relevant studies were selected based on explicit inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Combining Liquid Chromatography and Cryogenic IR Spectroscopy in Real Time for the Analysis of Oligosaccharides.

While the combination of liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) serves as a robust approach for oligosaccharide analysis, it has difficulty distinguishing the smallest differences between isomers. The integration of infrared (IR) spectroscopy within a mass spectrometer as an additional analytical dimension can effectively address this limitation by providing a molecular fingerprint that is unique to each isomer. However, the direct interfacing of LC-MS with IR spectroscopy presents a technical challenge arising from the mismatch in the operational time scale of each method.

Development of a novel healthcare discrimination measure: PreDict.

Introduction: Patient reported quality of care measures are widely recognized tools for healthcare system performance assessment. Yet, there are few existing patient reported quality of care measures regarding health equity, and none to specifically collect patient experiences of discrimination in health care.

Objective: To develop an item pool to measure patient experiences of healthcare discrimination-the Patient-Reported Experiences of Discrimination in Care Tool (PreDict).
